Task Your task is to plan the spatial data required for a project and identify and assess potential sources of that data. The first lecture identifies some common sources whilst Ellis (2001) raises some issues and the in the second lecture you should document the processes of preparing a set of spatial data.

Task Your task is to examine in detail some common sources of spatial data, including remote sensing, GPS-based field survey and census data. Your primary concern is to better understand the nature of the data capture process and the geographical characteristics of the data set.
